How do we work?
Do you have a problem or have a technical question? Our Service Desk is available for you. This is how we will work:
- Call us at +32 3 535 05 15 or email us with the contact form provided on this page. When it concerns an urgent matter, please call us to provide you with an excellent service. You can also book a ticket at our Client Portal.
- Our Service Desk Engineer will make a ticket with your question or announcement.
- With some criteria in mind, our Service Desk Engineer will decide how urgent your ticket is and will decide a priority.
- We will observe if the issue can be fixed, when this can not be done remotely there will be an appointment with one of our Field Engineers.

Do you have issues and can not reach our Service Desk?
No worries, we have a 24/7 contract we can provide you with so your urgent problems can be solved.
For smaller issues, you can e-mail us or book a ticket at our Client Portal.
