protel Voyager

protel Voyager is a mobile travel application for guests. It allows hotels to deliver a personalized service that is contextually relevant throughout their guests’ hotel experience.

protel’s Voyager browser app offers your guests all the information they need, whenever they need it:

protel Voyager is a web app, which means it does not have to be installed on the guest’s device. The guests receive access to “their” Voyager area through an individual token that they receive via email. This token is automatically generated.

Housekeeping app

For everyone already managing their hotel with protel Air: Use the app as an optional add-on to your protel hotel software. The app links the housekeeping staff, maintenance teams and front desk managers, allowing them to share live information on housekeeping and maintenance issues.

Deliver better customer service with improved communication between housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk. All data is continually synchronized with protel Air. In areas with no Internet or Wi-Fi access, the app switches to offline mode and then syncs automatically with protel Air once it’s online again.

 

  • Housekeeping list: Check and change the room status (clean, dirty, touched, cleaning in progress, checked).
  • Maintenance orders: Create and edit orders, add new pictures using the iPod or iPhone, or use pictures from within the app.
  • Lost & Found: Create and edit entries, add new pictures using the iPod or iPhone. Items are immediately shown in protel Air.
  • Minibar functionality: Refilling the minibar can be entered via the app – direct posting to the guest’s bill.
  • Reservation Status: Integration of the CI/CO status in the Housekeeping list
  • Attendance Sheets: Digital attendant sheets generated daily for the housekeeping staff
